1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to everything you buy or download from this website (the "Store"), run by Best News Theme ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a digital product: a WordPress theme, delivered as a downloadable file together with a license key. No physical item is shipped.

3. License

Each purchase gives you one license for one theme. A license is valid for one website at a time and does not expire (lifetime license). You can move a license to a new website: first disconnect the old website from your account page, then activate the key on the new website.

You may not share, resell or publish your license key, and you may not remove, bypass or tamper with the license check in the theme. If we detect this, the premium features of the theme can be switched off and the license can be cancelled without refund.

The theme code is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which governs the code itself. The license key, support and update service are separate services that we provide to paying customers under these terms.

4. Updates

Theme updates are free for life for every active license. Updates are delivered through the theme update screen in WordPress or from your account page.

5. Support

Every purchase includes 1 year of support from the purchase date. Support means help with using the theme as described in its documentation and fixing bugs in the theme. You can open support tickets from your account while your support is active. After that you can buy support for a further period at the price shown in your account. Support does not include custom development, third-party plugins, hosting problems or content creation.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Store and are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. Discount coupons work only for the theme and the dates they were made for.

7. No refunds

Because the Store sells digital products that can be downloaded and used immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns after a purchase is completed. Please read the theme description and check the live demo before you buy. If you have a problem, open a support ticket and we will do our best to solve it. This does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity on your account. Give us a correct email address, because your license and receipts are sent there.

9. Liability

The theme is provided as described on its page. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss of data, traffic or income caused by using the theme or the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
